We have the necessary knowledge to advise you on everything related to data centre infrastructures. It is a deep knowledge, fed by the benchmarking we obtain from all the projects we carry out in different geographical areas for our clients and from the different courses, workshops and international events we attend in order to give you the best solution.

We can support you all the way from the conception to the completion of the construction of your Data Centre, from the search for land or building where to locate it, due diligence, and assistance for the operation of the centre and its certification.

Audit

We carry out audits of existing Data Centres, Gap Analysis in search of points of failure (SPOF) as well as energy efficiency improvement studies.

Technical Due Diligence

We have a team specialised in Data Centres that allows us to offer our clients a complete analysis that covers any need, from location and infrastructure to topographic cadastral documentation, including urban planning, geotechnical studies and environmental and acoustic reports.

Certifications

Quark is the company with the highest number of ATDs (Accredited Tier Designers) certified by the Uptime Institute in Spain.

We have extensive experience in the different types of certifications: Design, Facility and Operational Sustainability. In addition, as pioneers in introducing sustainability certification in the data centre sector, we offer preliminary assessments of compliance with the most widespread certification criteria such as LEED, BREEAM or CEEDA. Regarding building certification, we manage the documentation for certification and liaise with the USGB, BRE GLOBAL or CEEDA.

Operation Support

Once the execution of the building has been completed. We can create for you the operating procedures in all their versions: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Methods of Procedure (MOP) and Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP). We can also help you keep your as-built documentation up to date, solve problems in existing installations and train your maintenance staff.
