The project has been made public following the joint announcement by the developer and the Parc de l'Alba Consortium of the agreement reached for the purchase of a 60,000 m2 plot of land.

A campus of up to 68,000 m2 is planned to be built on this site, which is expected to be the largest data center in Catalonia over the next few years. It will have an estimated investment of 300 million euros and an installed capacity of 42 MW, and its first phase will begin construction at the end of 2023.
