This agreement will allow Quark to internalize its services and benefit from the geographical synergies, thanks to the global presence of the Sener group. The company will also be able to benefit from technological, operational and innovation synergies.

In its 14 years of existence, Quark has achieved exponential growth and has become a benchmark company in data center engineering in southern Europe, ranking among the top 20 worldwide. This operation is a new milestone in Quark's expansion and will allow it to accompany its clients in their global growth strategies.

For Ricardo Abad and Miguel Gallego, CEOs of Quark, the integration with Sener will facilitate the expansion of the company's business: “We will be able to provide, from Sener's offices, a local service in key European countries for us such as Germany, France, Belgium, Poland and the United Kingdom, as well as in markets such as Canada, the USA, Australia and Mexico.
