ODATA SP01 RECEIVES CERTIFICATIONS TIER III DESIGN AND FACILITY

The ODATA Data Center SP01, located in Santana de Parnaíba, metropolitan area of ​​São Paulo that has a constructed area of ​​14,200 m2, of which 5,600 m2 are of raised floor, receives the Design and Facility certifications from the Uptime Institute.

The Data Center, which will be inaugurated on May 24, is focused mainly on colocation, that is, providing physical space specifically created for storing large volumes of information.

Designed by the company Quark-Aceco, reference in the segment, the space has a wide availability of energy, with its own 20 MVA substation, complete access control automation, integrated management of all building installations, connectivity with several telecommunications companies, and own operation and  maintenance team.

ODATA’s data centers are being designed in compliance with international design and project management standards. They have the capacity to provide large spaces and high volume of energy, within sustainable models that prioritize energy efficiency. All will have infrastructure planned to follow the evolution of our customers, due to the exponential growth of traffic and data storage expected in the coming years, due to the massification of technologies such as Cloud, Internet of Things and Big Data and the increase in usage Smartphones and digital videos.
