Quark and Sener have entered a business alliance whereby the engineering and technology group becomes the majority shareholder of Quark. Following the acquisition, Quark will continue to operate under the same name and the current CEOs, Ricardo Abad and Miguel Gallego, will complete the shareholding, maintaining the leadership of the company.
